Our services
We begin with a meeting: discussing your goals, wishes, budget and timeline. We gather the initial data, prepare the brief and fix the scope of services in the contract. We develop the project step by step, agreeing the key decisions with you. When needed, we add budget estimation, procurement and realization support.

04
Interior design
We create interiors — from layout and concept to drawings and schemes for realization. We shape the character of a space and the way a person feels inside it. From $40/m²
07
Procurement
We organize purchasing for the project — from supplier proposals to coordinating delivery and installation. Cost is calculated individually.
02
Master plan and landscaping
We think through the site as a whole — from the placement of buildings and routes to planting, surfaces and lighting. Master plan — from $1,000. Landscaping is estimated separately.
05
Materials and procurement budget
We help you estimate the budget for finishes and furnishing of the object before purchasing begins. The cost depends on the scope of work.
03
Architecture
We design buildings by uniting outer appearance, inner space and surroundings. Concept design — from $15/m² Architectural set — $25/m² Structural set — $20/m²
The concept design, architectural set and structural set are each paid for separately.

Concept design
Siting on the plot
We define the position of the building with regard to sun, views, approaches and privacy.
Building image
We develop the form, proportions and character of each object, the principal materials and architectural details.
Floor plans and zoning
We show the purpose and areas of the rooms, the arrangement of furniture and equipment, and the links between zones.
Facades and sections
We show the building from outside and in section: heights, levels, openings and the relation of interior spaces.
3D visualizations
We create images of the building so you can assess the architecture, materials and connection with the surroundings.
Key indicators
We compile areas, number of storeys and the other principal characteristics of the object.

Detailed development
Architectural set — $25/m²
Drawings and schemes refining the dimensions, materials, junctions and details of the approved architecture.
Structural set — $20/m²
Calculations and solutions for the foundation, load-bearing structures, floor slabs and roof.
We determine the exact area and cost of the detailed development after the concept design is approved. The base package includes the architectural and structural sets.
Estimated separately: heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and sewerage, power supply and lighting.
06
Realization support
We help bring the project to life: consulting contractors and checking that the works match the approved decisions. The cost depends on the scope of work.
