Nadya Florya
Founder, CEO
Leads the studio from the first sketch to realization, uniting architecture, interior and atmosphere into a single whole.
We are Concretica
— an architectural bureau with more than a decade of experience worldwide, from Bali to Costa Rica, working on projects ranging from private homes to hotels and restaurants.
What matters to us is the feeling a space creates, and how it transforms the person inside it. How places come alive, how atmosphere becomes tangible, and how new stories begin to take shape. For us, a space is both a stage and a character.
At every stage, from the first conversation to the final realized centimeter, we keep both vision and material in sharp focus. We do not build spaces from disconnected references and fragments. We develop them as one living organism, complete and coherent.
