VILLA LIMA | RENOVATION

Pererenan, five minutes from Lima Beach and a short drive from the restaurants and nightlife of Canggu. We renovated a villa here, keeping the spirit of the place and changing almost everything it was made of.

The work centred on finishes and materials. Natural stone and wood give every room a tactile warmth, textured plaster adds depth to the walls, and the high ceilings and large windows carry light and the green outside deep into the plan. The Balinese character stays in the details: rattan, woven shades, carved totems, a radial plaster panel above the bed.

The layout is built around one shared space. An open kitchen and living room with a long dining table and a soft lounge area takes a loud evening with friends and a quiet night in equally well. From there you step onto the terrace with the pool, which works as a continuation of the living room rather than as a separate zone.
