A penthouse of 231 m² occupying the upper level of the Sunny Moon complex in Phuket. The interior belongs to the premium segment and is assembled entirely from natural materials: travertine, sand plaster, solid dark timber, stone with a large figure. The palette stays within a natural range and never raises its voice.

The developer’s character remains recognisable here, though it sounds in a different register. The dark wood, the relief surfaces and the accent pendants by which Sunny Development is read have been carried into a quieter key, where attention moves from brightness towards the quality of a surface and the precision of a detail.

The Thai motif is built into the architecture of the walls. Carving performs as a finish: a sunburst panel unfolds across the full width of the dining wall, an ornamental plane becomes the headboard in the guest bedroom, a circular rosette opens above the master bed. There are no literal quotations; the Thai reading lives in the modelling and the craft rather than in a set of ornaments.
