For ROCKED we explored the meeting of precise architectural geometry and an irregular rocky landscape. Dark posts and beams give the facade a clear rhythm, and beyond them large boulders and greenery frame the light interior. The house keeps a distinct outline while the landscape stays part of every view out.

Inside, we developed a contemporary interpretation of the Balinese villa through dark timber and expressive textiles. Beneath the wooden ceiling a white sofa becomes the bright centre of the room, with the glazing sliding away on both sides so the lounge opens straight onto the pool deck cut into the rock.

Wine-red ottomans and a textile pendant give the space a more personal, slightly theatrical character. Their colour connects the lounge to the bar, and their texture softens the precise geometry the house is built on.
