An office for an engineering company, 531 m² in Taganrog. The brief was for something closer to a Scandinavian living room than to a workspace, and the interior runs on one rule that follows from it: nothing here speaks the language of industry. No exposed concrete, no black grids, no Edison bulbs, no structure left on show. Where a tech office usually shouts in chrome, this one is wrapped in wool and oak.

Two colours hold the whole floor together: dusty cornflower blue and warm oat. Light oak runs through the panelling, the cabinetry and the desks, pale terrazzo softens the open areas, felt Roman blinds quiet the windows. The walls are micro-cement and 3D acoustic relief tiles — a pattern on the surface, sound absorption in fact, which matters when an entire engineering floor works side by side.

One graphic move ties the rooms into a single building: a continuous wavy LED line drawn through the air, like one sentence written across the ceiling. It runs from the reception through the open space into the meeting rooms and the kitchen, reads as decoration and works as the main light.
